Freecoat starts building the foundation of success for Franchise Partners with a week long training at freecoat university in Charlotte, NC where Owners will learn the freecoat philosophy, the voice of the brand, and the ins and outs of operating and marketing their studio. They employ licensed technicians that have experience in the industry. Freecoat provides additional training to ensure each technician performs services to freecoat standards. A training team will provide training and ongoing support to Franchise Partners, Lead Techs and Managers.
