As an Amazing Lash Studio franchise owner you will have access to the brand's operational platforms, training materials, and most importantly a team of dedicated franchise support professionals.
Within the new studio opening process, the real estate team works directly with franchisee to secure a location; the site development team guides them through a step-by-step process to build out the location, order product, etc. From there the new studio opening will begin working with them as they start to build their team launch consumer marketing, launch pre-sale campaigns and attend franchise university. The Amazing Lash Studio and WellBiz Support Center Team will be there every step of the way

Owner Qualifications:

Ideal Amazing Lash Studio franchise owners are qualified, motivated entrepreneurs with a passion for people. This is a people business and is hands-on. While the owner will not need beauty experience, they will need to be engaged in the business, especially within the first 12-18mo as they lead and grow their team. Owners will be required to have a manager, who will be instrumental in helping oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio while the owner's attention will be focused marketing strategy and community engagement. They will be working with their operational business coach to utilize the resources to move the lever, focus on sales, and drive success in their business.
