Business-to-Business sales organization, who places exceptional people with exceptional companies to include, temporary workers (95%), direct hire (5%), and temp-to-hire (the bridge between). Sweet spot is small-to-medium sized businesses.

A question we are often asked is why haven’t we added more units over the last few years. We made the strategic decision during the recession to focus on increasing same-store sales and revenue. PrideStaff has grown at 3 times the rate of the industry for 5 years in a row. We are poised for growth and we are looking forward to adding many more units over the coming years.

Owner Qualifications:

A typical day in the life is to kick-off the morning with a quick sales team meeting. The Strategic-Partner may ride with the sales rep, work with the inside team, meet with clients, and deal with business matters. It varies each day. The day is wrapped up with another quick team meeting to review results, share ideas, plan the next day, and celebrate successes.

Business background with sales or management experience; good communicator; high energy level; an engaging personality with a good sense of humor; sales experience is not required, as we can teach how to sell, if the personality and willingness is there.
