Training:
1. HouseMaster Marketing and Operations Classroom (3 days: Monday to Wednesday*).
2. NIBI Classroom (Technical) Session (7 days: Wednesday* through Wednesday the following week).
3. NIBI Practicum Session – Field Training/Report Writing: (2 days: Thursday and Friday of second week).

Training registration is required two (2) weeks before the start of each session.

Owner Qualifications:

Develop referrals through the real estate community to Inspect properties for home /investment property buyers.
Produce Home Inspections (a 2-4 review of the property) for customers using the HouseMaster System
IDEAL CANDIDATE: A hands-on entrepreneur that can build relationships in their local real estate community and has technical aptitude to inspect homes using our 40 year proven methods.
