We are a fast-casual quick-service seafood-based concept. Lobster harvested in Maine is the main component. Our concept’s simplicity is one of its most attractive features. We have had success in tourist areas, areas with a mix of tourism and local infrastructure, central business districts, lifestyle centers with a mix of retail, office, residential, and food hall environments.
Our founder, Dan Beck, has been a lobster aficionado for more than 20 years. Working as a seafood buyer in the restaurant business, he paid regular visits to Maine, getting to know the lobstermen there. He was inspired by their centuries-old values and traditions and learned to respect the ways of Maine’s waters.
All of our lobster comes from one source in Maine and is wild-caught, domestic, sustainable, and traceable.
