As the owner and face of the business, the franchisee will spend the remainder of the day connecting with business clients in their community to determine hiring opportunities. By connecting with decision makers at local businesses, the owner controls the growth trajectory of their own business without having to worry about the back-office support which is handled by Express Headquarters. At the end of the day, the owner regroups the team for a quick afternoon recap and ensures they are prepared for the following day.
