Training: LIME Elite Academy is our two-phase initial training program. Phase one is held at our headquarters in Denver, Colorado and consists of 4 business days where we review estimating, contracts, customer service, production, reporting, the sales process, subcontractors partnerships, marketing, and leadership. The second phase is done entirely online and is a fully comprehensive review of everything taught during phase one. Phase two must be completed within 60 days of the business opening.

Owner Qualifications:

Owner-Operator

Involved in the day-to-day operations of the business but do not complete any of the painting or other services themselves.

Tasks may include:

Completing estimates and booking jobs
Hiring and managing subcontracted crews
Overseeing daily jobs
Scheduling appointments
Interacting with and educating customers
Accounting
Creating local marketing initiatives

Part-Time

These owners play a leadership role in the business as they hire a Salesperson and Production Coordinator to oversee daily operations.

Tasks may include:

Building and leading their team
Overseeing Production Coordinator and office staff
Some administrative responsibilities
Accounting
