Training & Support:

The On-Site training (up to 2 weeks) will be conducted in the franchisee’s own commercial kitchen with 3 Apple Spice Trainers.
The two weeks of On-Site training located at the franchisee’s own store will begin approximately one week before the restaurant opens and continue for one week after the restaurant opens. This training will consist of teaching the staff all job duties associated with running the restaurant and assisting the franchisee in the opening of the store. During the week of the store opening the training will consist of follow up training to assist the franchisee on the day to day management, operations and job functions of running the restaurant.
Note: The training manager reserves the right to add one additional week of On-Site training at their discretion.

Owner Qualifications:

Apple Spice Box Lunch Delivery & Catering model - Franchisee manages staff to fulfill daily orders from local businesses including baker, food preparation staff, delivery staff. Lifestyle business with early morning hours and closing late in the afternoon. Strong organizational and leadership skills need to manage small staff. Relationship oriented person to build business by connecting with local businesses and corporations in the community. Owner must hire a Kitchen Manager to run the kitchen and focus on Business Development managing a small sales & marketing team.
