Multi-Unit, 'Earned' Semi-Passive - Deka Lash is a technology-driven company whose deliverable out services that result in beautiful eyes. Our cloud-based software, virtual Receptionist, phone app, and inbound and outbound call center fortified with DekaAI, 24/7 access to booking, allow our franchisees to track their business wherever they are. Our founders, Michael & Jennifer Blair operate three studios with about 10 hours a week of involvement.

Low Cost - The footprint for our studio are usually between 1,000 and 1,500 sq. feet. Stunning studios that don't require significant build out. We have tenant-focused resources to manage the build outs and get units open in record time. The time from signing a lease to serving paying clients is usually 2.5 - 3.5 months. Additionally, we offer discounts and larger reserved areas on 3 & 5 packs to encourage multi-unit development.

High Potential Return - The 2021 Item 19 shows the top 20% of our owners with gross revenues beteeen $50 - 90K per month. This number will grow substantially with the additiion of HydraFacials, Sugaring and more brow options. Great Owner Validation!

New Owner Training: The Initial Training - (Owner / Manager) is an intense 4 days of in-person training. The training is led by the company's senior executives (who also own Deka Lash studios) to teach them how to successfully manage and operate their new business.

Lash Artist training is 1 day virtual and 3 full days on site at the owner's studio.

Owner Qualifications:

Successful owners are typically those with good leadership and communication skills. They are aware of the benefits of proven systems and processes and will eagerly follow them. They are also individuals who enjoy mentoring, coaching, establishing values and being great role models. Most Lash Artists are millenials, so being able to communicate with multiple generations is a plus.

We have two different business model opportunities.

Owners can be an 'owner operator' for those who want to be 'hands on' or an 'earned' semi passive model, for those who may want to keep their jobs and yet build wealth. In this model they will have a manager in the studio - typically a Lash Artist who is still lashing 70% - 80% of the time. We are very involved in helping find and train this individual for the owner.

We have owners who check into the studio(s) once a week, month or quarter. About 10 hours a week may be required to review the financials and have a one on one meeting with the studio manager and staff if multiple studios exist.

Deka Lash is a heavy digital marketing business and offers complete end-to-end marketing management through our own in-house deka digital marketing agency. All services are a' la carte. An owner can be as involved in marketing as they want to be, or not at all. We are on instagram, TikTok, Facebook, linkedin, Google my business and we will put together a website for them. We also manage their SEO for their website to make sure they can be found online when individuals are searching for our services.

Each owner will have a dedicated Success Coach who will assist with all business questions, strategies, goal-setting and education. Our owners also have access to a Regional Marketing Manager who with their collaboration, establish a 52 week marketing plan (customized for their market) to be followed. The Deka Lash dashboard helps them find any information they are seeking.

Our owners also have our Booking system to rely on. We will book all appointments, answer questions, give direction, eliminating the need of receptionists in studios. This saves money and insures they receive our expertise through the latest technology. Our conversions to appointment conversion ratios are over 94%!!! Any potential client can visit our website, click on services and Try-On" all the different lash looks before their appointment to know which lash look they'd like to get.
