Owner Qualifications: Ideally, franchisees operate as the main salesperson upon opening (though we can help them hire and manage and outside sales rep, if they're not interested in selling). They also oversee the Operations Manager who acts as the first "muscle" of the service business. As the business scales, the Operations Manager will hire and develop additional technicians to provide the services and eventually, the franchise owner's role will become more of a 'Sales Manager', as they recruit and hire additional outside sales reps over the first 12-24 months of operations.
