Site Selection Assistance: We will assign franchisee a local commercial RE broker to aid in their site selection process. This broker works on all XPO brands in the market and can leverage relationships with landlords where we have already placed XPO units. We also have a VP of Real Estate on the XPO level who works to build relationships with national REITs and also pre-approves sites throughout the county (we currently have 800+ pre approved sites).

Lease Negotiation Assistance: Our XPO RE team & the local broker will help with the LOI & lease negotiations. We also have a panel of pre-approved attorneys to review/approve all lease language.

Recruiting Assistance: XPO has a national recruiter who will help franchisees with job postings

Owner Qualifications:

StretchLab requires 1 instructor that has successfully completed the Flexologist Training Program to be on-site at your studio during all times of operation. All employees are hourly W2 employees and typically will work a 3 – 4 hour block shift.
